How to make baked potatoes

- 4 sheets of aluminum foil
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 2 fresh sprigs of thyme
- 6 dl sour cream
- 8 slices of bacon (if you want to make a healthier version, you can put turkey bacon)
- Bunch of chopped chives
- 2.5 dl blue cheese
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut aluminum foil (15 x 15 cm).
- Place the potatoes on top of the foils.
- Put olive oil, salt, white pepper and thyme in the middle of the potato.
- Wrap the potatoes in foils and place them in the oven for 30 minutes.
- For example, test with a knife to see if the potatoes are ready. If the knife sinks into them well, the potatoes are ready. If they still feel hard, leave them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until they are ready.
- Now it’s time for the fillings: place the bacon in a baking pan and put them in the oven for about 1o minutes, or until they are crispy and then chop them into small pieces. Mix chopped chives with bacon.
- Mix the bacon and chives with the sour cream.
- Add blue cheese. Now the filling is ready.
- Make longitudinal incisions in the potatoes and fill them with the mixture.
- Serve warm.
