Above all, the tomato is a very well known vegetable. They have some awesome hidden features; they can fight aging and cancer.

The lycopene in tomatoes prevents the growth of cancer cells and balances your resistance. The amount of lycopene increases significantly when you make tomato sauce.

We recommend choosing organic tomatoes to make this sauce. They are insecticidal and do not contain other harmful chemicals.

This old medicinal food hides several surprising benefits for your health. This is especially true when garlic is eaten raw. In addition, garlic is a great help in adding flavor.

The following are among the benefits of garlic:

  • It increases blood circulation  and  improves heart health
  • Garlic cleanses the body
  • It protects against free radicals
  • Garlic boosts the immune system
  • It helps prevent neurodegenerative diseases and cancer

In this recipe, even in a hurry, we cook the garlic. This makes it keep its properties intact. However, quick cooking reduces the intensity of the garlic and helps with digestion.

Red pepper

Red peppers have antioxidant and anticarcinogenic properties that are also derived from lycopene. In addition, they are rich in vitamin B and are also rich in vitamin C.

This food has shown a great ability to prevent prostate cancer.

Cayenne pepper, which belongs to the same family as paprika, also has anti-carcinogenic properties. It is also a powerful and cleansing spice.

Turmeric is one of the most impressive foods we can find. This is because it is an  anti-inflammatory  , antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic spice.

These properties make it an invaluable ingredient in the kitchen. It can be used in all kinds of recipes from foods (such as pots, meats, vegetables, pastas, rice, etc.) to sweets (such as biscuits, cakes, puddings, jellies, etc.).

Turmeric is also a natural food color  and is cheaper than saffron. We can use it freshly grated, or as a powder.

If we combine turmeric with black pepper, we increase its integration and benefits.
